Split-Level Home

We are delighted to have received planning approval for a new split-level house in the beautiful village of Fahan, Co. Donegal. Positioned on the hillside at Figary Heights, the site enjoys sweeping views over the harbour and Lough Swilly – a setting that has strongly influenced the design.

The house has been carefully conceived to work with the natural contours of the site, stepping with the slope to create a home that feels grounded in its landscape. Material choices further connect the design to its surroundings, with a refined palette of black zinc cladding, natural slate roofing, crisp white render, and stone cladding.

This approach ensures a contemporary yet timeless home, where modern architectural expression meets the rugged beauty of the Donegal coastline.
